When our customers use GPS to get to the Carpodromo, sometimes they aren’t directed by the best roads. That’s why we’ve created this simple guide to help you get there in the best possible way. Here are some useful tips to make your journey easier.
Crossing the border by car
To get the best route to Carpodromo, it’s important not to avoid the tolls in Portugal.

To avoid crossing the Lousã and Açor mountains, you should add a stop on the N342 – Miranda do Corvo.


How to pay tolls:
On these websites you can find all the information you need to pay tolls in Portugal for foreign-registered vehicles:

Please note that most of the tolls you will encounter on your way are electronic tolls, with no physical barrier and no possibility of paying them while travelling.
From Lisbon or Porto airports
If you arrive in Portugal via Lisbon or Porto Airports, you can choose to contact the Airport Shuttle company with special services for the Carpodromo (put in the destination “Carpodromo, Portugal”).

If you want to use public transport:
You must travel via public transport (taxi, uber, bus or metro) from the airport to one of the bus terminals of origin.
Origin Lisbon Oriente or Lisbon Sete Rios
Destination Moita da Serra (the bus stop is a 3-minute drive from the lakes, pick-ups can be arranged at this destination).
Origin Porto Campanhã
Destination Moita da Serra (the stop is a 3-minute drive from the lakes, pick-ups can be arranged at this destination).
